Price Beat Guarantee
Found cheaper? We’ll beat it. Here is how our guarantee works, in plain English.
What the guarantee covers
If you have a written quote for a like for like job, we will beat it. Like for like means the other quote is for:
- the same crane size and type
- the same lift
- the same site and date
- the same inclusions
- a licensed crane operator
How to claim
Send us the other written quote before your lift is booked or confirmed. Call us on 0414 649 934 or send it through our quote form. We confirm the claim with you before we book the job.
No hidden charges
Our quote tells you what is included before you book. No hidden charges.
The fine print
- We check each quote to make sure it is genuine and comparable. Whether a quote qualifies is at our discretion.
- The guarantee does not apply to claims made after the job is booked or done.
- It does not apply to quotes for a different crane, a different lift or a different scope of work, or to services that are not comparable to ours.
- We may change these terms. The current terms are always on this page.
